Soften On Sundays is a monthly 2.5 hour workshop for any woman, of any age and background, craving deep nourishment for their feminine body and soul.
…because there aren’t many occasions in day to day life that your SOFTNESS gets to shine.
Working hard, playing hard, running a household or running a business often requires you to have your ‘game face' on: your armour firmly secured.
Its a means of self-protection in a world that tends to expect us to show up in masculine ways - to get sh*t done, to be consistent, to be rational and logical.
To THINK rather than FEEL.
This “armour" stops you from feeling too much, being too emotional or presenting as ‘weak’.
It also keeps you from standing in your authentic power and full expression as a woman.
Softness isn’t weakness you see…
Softness is powerful.
To soften takes courage and strength.
To soften is to honour the yin to your yang.
The slow to your hustle.
The being in your doing.
It's to drop down a few gears, get out of your looping thoughts and arrive back into your beautiful body.
Back home to yourself : SOFT. RADIANT. ALIVE.
This monthly deep dive will provide a counterbalance to those more masculine (active/productive/linear) ways of operating that are often our default as modern women.
This Soften workshop experience offers you a safe, sacred space to REST - RESET - & RECONNECT with the truest parts of yourself.
1. DISCUSSION AND SHARING CIRCLE.
Explore a particular womanhood theme thats impacting your health and fulfilment. The intention of this open and non-judgemental discussion will be to increase awareness of honouring your feminine more fully in day to day life (a new theme each month).

2. 90MINS FEMININE EMBODIMENT YOGA.
This is a gentle, nourishing and enlivening practice, designed specifically for the female experience. It's easy to follow and works on all levels of your being, with emotional detox being a major emphasis and benefit

3. OPEN SPACE
Take your time at the end of the session to have a cup of tea, luxuriate in your post-practice feels, connect with other like-minded women and gather yourself before returning to the world outside.

I’m a complete beginner to yoga! Is that ok?
Feminine Embodiment Yoga is very approachable - the emphasis of this practice is on how your body FEELS rather than on how it looks. Women of all ages, fitness, flexibility and yoga experience are welcome at this retreat.
I’ve done a lot of yoga in the past. How is this yoga different?
Feminine Embodiment Yoga has only evolved recently. It was created by Devashi Shakti who is a visionary feminine leader who has been supporting women for over 20 years in the field of feminine awakening and embodying their fullest potential as women.
One of the major differences between traditional yoga and feminine yoga is the breath/sound rhythm used in the feminine style to help bring emotional release and expression. This open expression, frees up space in our bodies and mind by allowing our inner world to come out in this safe and sacred environment. Feminine Yoga also uses a lot of spiralling motions to allow us to tap into our feminine energy which naturally moves this way.
I’m pregnant, can I still attend?
Feminine Yoga can be very beneficial in pregnancy and as a way to prepare for birth and motherhood. ’Valuing the yin’ is so important in these experiences.
That saying, this is not specifically a pregnancy class but if you feel the call to attend I’d love to have you part of the group.
And please be aware that pregnancy is contra-indicated in the first trimester.

Bookings are non-refundable (but transferrable between months or to another woman) so please be sure that this is right for you and that you have the right support in place to allow you to come and be fully present. You deserve it!
